Past Life Regression Therapy could be used to resolve a whole variety of psychological, emotional, or psychosomatic problems. It can also be used by the curious for a spiritual experience.

When people are stuck in a repetitive series of unhappy situations, they are usually responding to traumas that began at a specific "Point in time." These intense experiences, imprinted in their consciousness on a physical, cellular level, tend to recur if they are not resolved or healed. We work with cellular memory to release traumatic past experiences and reverse negative patterns of behavior so people can achieve their goals, heal relationships, release negativity and self-limiting beliefs, and find inner peace. This powerful educational/ therapeutic technique works even if the participant does not believe in regression. We demonstrate that through rebuilding and rewriting the past, people can change the present.

TECHNIQUES:

Unlike many other approaches to presumptive past life regression, we do not use hypnosis as a regressive tool. The physical act of relieving a painful past experience through acting it out alters cell structure and releases the traumatic memories imprinted in the cell. We use walking and movement to stimulate and release cellular memory. People remain conscious and awake through the entire process. Each exercise is introduced by a didactic presentation and followed up by discussion. We use Rivka's Integrative Method to unite mind, body and spirit in growth and healing.

STRUCTURE:

We explain the concept of past life regression and cellular memory. Participants engage in mini-exercises designed to introduce them to the techniques. They learn to distinguish between memory and imagination. We help them to find the common denominator in many of their apparently different life problems. We also ask them to identify areas in which their lives are "stuck" and dysfunctional, to identify repetitive and destructive patterns of behavior and to make a decision to work on these areas. Participants re-enact two sets of lifetimes, releasing the painful and traumatic memories encoded on a cellular level. It is like deleting a file of a computer that acts as a virus, so as to make room for a "healthy and positive file": negative memories are erased and positive, functional memories can now be substituted. Once the painful past has been altered at cellular level, present day circumstances will likewise change and dysfunctional patterns ...
